This policy covers the YUERBU company information website operated by 余而补（山东）文化传播有限公司. The site presents technology services and a product roadmap, and provides business contact channels. It does not currently offer TikTok account connection, video uploads, comment synchronization or online payments.
02Information you choose to share
If you contact us by email, phone, WeChat or WhatsApp, we may receive the name, work contact details, company information and project requirements you choose to provide. We use them to respond, assess the project and conduct agreed business discussions. Please do not send passwords, payment credentials or customer personal data you are not authorized to share.
03The project brief tool
The project brief tool generates text only in the current browser page. It does not submit the form to us or write its contents to persistent browser storage. The email button passes the draft to your email application, where you decide whether to send it. We receive the information only when you actually send it or contact us through another channel.
04Technical data and service providers
Hosting and network providers may process IP addresses, browser information, access times and request paths to serve pages, protect access and diagnose problems. They may also use cookies required for their services. Processing and retention depend on the actual hosting and security configuration. Our page code does not add advertising pixels, marketing tracking scripts or third-party visitor analytics.
05External contact services
Email, phone and WhatsApp links may open another application or service. Its own policies also apply to that interaction. Email and messaging services may process data in different countries or regions. Please choose a contact channel appropriate for the information you intend to share.
06Use and retention
We use voluntarily provided information for the enquiry or agreed project. Retention depends on the discussion, project arrangements and applicable requirements. We have not established one automatic deletion period for every enquiry. Contact us to ask about particular information. Customer data use, access and handover arrangements should be defined separately for each project.
07Questions, corrections and deletion requests
To ask about, correct or request deletion of the contact information you provided, email eugenioytof@gmail.com with the subject “Data request”, the channel you used and the scope of the request. We will verify the connection between the request and the information before responding. Handling depends on the information involved, project arrangements and applicable requirements.
08Future products and changes
TikTok-related features remain in planning and development preparation, without API approval. Before account authorization, publishing or interaction-data features are enabled, we will describe their actual data scope, purposes, third-party processing, retention and deletion arrangements and provide the corresponding controls. This policy is not a statement that those features are available. Material changes will be reflected in this page and its update date.
